Appointment are available select days throughout the week and are subject to clinician availability. Please email or text Gabriella to inquire about available appointment slots.

To book an appointment, please send us an email or text with your contact information and Gabriella will get back to you as soon as possible with some available appointment times and intake forms.  

Please note that we are not a mental health crisis service. If you find that you are in crisis (such as having thoughts of suicide or harming others), please reach out to your local crisis services services including Saint John Mobile Mental Health (1-888-811-3664), 988, or go to your local emergency room .
